Affordable House Design Moruya Heads

This was Paul Dolphin's first house design to be completed when he set up Paul Dolphin Design way back in the midst of time. The new build house is located in Moruya Heads and is orientated to the North to create a solar passive floor plan. The low budget modern three bedroom house plan worked well on the sloping block with a rumpus room below.
